From April 21-23, the season finale of Southern Germany took place in Karlsruhe, for which numerous trash TV celebrities traveled to Karlsruhe on Friday evening. After the Constance Guidos rolled out the red carpet in the gym to score points for the costumes of the other riding groups, it was on to the VIPs-only party - which was a real 10 out of 10.

On Saturday morning, it was off to the beautiful grounds of the Durlach Riding Club. The weather was perfect for enjoying the sun on the large meadow next to the arena, sampling the sumptuous food buffet and watching team dressage competitions with team scores of up to 8.0 and individual scores of up to 8.5. After the dressage, the event moved on to the varied supporting program. Three riding groups were able to qualify for the final on Sunday via 4 games. After the subsequent show jumping, a short nap was taken in the gymnasium before heading off to the party. Here, too, there was plenty of partying and dancing!

On Sunday, all participants were able to complete beautiful rounds through the pole forest in bright sunshine! Nicola Dietz from Nürtingen ultimately won the jumping final with a score of 8.0, Florian Frisch from Regensburg won the dressage final, as well as the combined classification! The team victory went to Munich, Tübingen won the supporting program and Konstanz took home the S-Cup!

All in all, we would like to thank everyone involved for helping to put the CHU on its feet! Even though it was a worthy end to the season, we can hardly wait for the next CHU season!
