The Hochschulsport Karlsruhe recommends:
I do the German Sport Badge at KSC, because
- who KSC has to offer not only soccer
- then I (still) have a sportive goal
- I can train free of charge in the university stadium.
- experienced instructors support me
- I can get cash from my health insurance for it
- I do something for my fitness every year
- I want to stay healthy until my old age.
