Swimming team successful at DHM in Schwäbisch Gmünd

The DHM swimming championships took place in Schwäbisch Gmünd from June 23 to 25. The swimming team from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology took part with great anticipation and ambition and produced some impressive performances.
Adrian Trumpa became university champion in the 200m backstroke in an outstanding time of 02:16.52. Paul Rüssmann achieved 1st place in the 100m butterfly and also became university champion with a time of 00:58.69.
Jonas Seutemann shone with an outstanding 3rd place in the 100m breaststroke. The 4x100m medley male relay of the KIT team was also convincing and secured 2nd place with a time of 04:08.47. In the team ranking, the KIT team achieved 6th place out of 49 participating teams with a total of 55 points.
The KIT swimming team was extremely satisfied and is looking forward to future challenges. The swimmers are confident that they will also be able to shine at the university championships in the future.
