At the adh-Open surfing competition on the French Atlantic coast, numerous surfers from German universities showed off their skills on the relatively small waves. The KIT team, consisting of Stefan Scheuble, Damian Gentner, Benedikt Sell and Julius Koppenhöfer, competed in the team competition, which was changed at short notice.

Despite the small conditions, Team KIT impressed with their wave rides and maneuvers, which earned them victory in their heat with 35.86 points. Unfortunately, it was not enough for the final, as other teams also put in strong performances.

In addition to the surfing competition, the ADH Open Surfing offered an exciting supporting program with roundnet, volleyball and basketball tournaments. The event attracted many enthusiastic students from all over Germany, creating a great atmosphere.

For next year, we are hoping for even more support and better waves. We are already looking forward to another exciting surf event.
