On June 4, 2024, the joy was great: our riding group secured first place in the ranking and the title of DAR Cup winner. So it was clear: we were going to the German University Championships 2024!

On November 14, we set off with two horses in our luggage and a motivated team. After arriving at the fantastic facility in Kreuth, the horses were quickly looked after and we also found ourselves in the gym.

Friday began with the advanced dressage test, after which our Amelie marched through to the semi-finals in medium class. Amelie didn't stop at the first round on Saturday either. She jumped through to the quarter-finals! Anna also made it through to the next round.

Our team achieved a good 8th place. In the end, Anna took 11th place in show jumping, Amelie 4th place in dressage, 6th place in show jumping and 1st place and thus the title of "German University Champion 2024" in the combined classification. We would like to thank the Erlangen-Nuremberg riding group for organizing this special DHM on a beautiful course, delicious food and legendary parties.

It was a crowning finale to the season and we are looking forward to the challenges that the next season has in store. Thank you to everyone involved - and especially to our riding group, who made these moments possible!
